ABQ get-away..

Normally this time of year, you would find me in Salt Lake City, UT at the biggest event Stampin' Up! has to offer each year. Unfortunately, after 7.5 years of being a demonstrator, I am choosing not to attend. Although I am sad, we just have way too much going on at this time. I did however find 4 days to "sneak away" from my life & scrapbook with a friend for a break.




We lived here for 4.5 years & loved it. The weather is a beautiful 73 degrees, and of course, the view is great!!!!

Off to run some errands...have a nice evening!!!

Pedicures & Mohawks?!?!

We got a chance to get pedicures on Saturday...



This was lil' Miss Avery's first pedicure.



& we sent the boys for haircuts....
This is the last time daddy gets to take him to get his haircut....



Just kidding! He has been asking for months to get a Mohawk....isn't he just the cutest?

Wedding weekend!

We are on our way home from San Antonio after a quickstop in West, TX for some of my favorite bologna...the wedding was beautiful!!!! My cuz, Alana was gorgeous in her wedding dress. she is a UT grad so of course, burnt orange & chocolate were her colors. Her dress had burnt orange weaves into the lacing in the back of the dress as well as the middle of her train. It was absolutly beautiful!!!
All the men in the wedding worn burnt orange ties...below is a pic of Leah wearing uncle Alan's tie.



It was great to see my family...it has been a long time since I have been able to visit with some of my cousins. I will definately have to work on getting together with them more often!

Weekend in San Antonio

We are headed to San Antonio as I write this for my cousin, Alana's wedding. The wedding is tomorrow at 4pm so I'm looking to get some putt-putt golf & pedicures in before that.....we shall see!
